Started running Exploroz for the last few months and decided on using this over the others due to a number of reasons. Only app that has proper offline maps and better than dedicated map devices because of the ability to use Exploroz on multiple devices at the same time, with the same licence. Dedicated tablet and my phone, that I can use when going on a hike and not carrying around a larger tablet. Any hardware issues, can easily download on another device. I've had no issues using Exploroz

Reasonable. I previously complained about the map quality and lack of details. I returned 12 months later and changed my negative review after the developers made a few positive changes and also because I found Explore oz becoming my go to navigation method due to its ease of use. I still use other apps for reference but explor oz is my main app now

You can see small tracks without having to zoom all the way in. However for a $50 offroad navigation app that provides turn by turn navigation, its got one really big flaw: You really have to twist its arm to make the app take you offroad. - the app doesnt have an option to avoid sealed roads. Measurement tool allows you to make a point-point route but it doesnt automatically follow roads. Ive read the manual, ive watched the YT videos, im across 'how to' use the app. Could be a much better app.

not very user friendly. paid for the app, then it wanted money for a membership/subscription, then asked for money for the topo maps function, then got out bush and it said I needed to download something else first. no idea where to download now that I'm back in reception and can't seem to replicate the issue without being 3.5hrs south again. given how expensive this is I'm not enjoying it. likely need to spend some time figuring it all out. I've sent an email asking for help with no response

My offline maps have been deleted and I can not use them anymore. I am now forced to buy new maps that will expire again or dump this app. Will use memory maps. I have access to maps I purchased over 10 years ago. Thanks for your response. It is all about expectations, I thought I was buying maps not renting them. I also found that email confusing and did not know I was going to lose access to the maps I purchased. I'd rather buy than rent.
