perfect for cardio ... you will surely get a good sweat from it
It is a good app with lots of customization based on skill and time available but I would say that it would be better if at the start they showed you a list of the exercises and you could express your confidence with them.And from there they could build you up to the ones u were unsure of.
needs more options. focus on legs +abs or arms and back ect
well it's pretty good but I dont see any kind of changes
All these exercises are way too easy. Is this made for weak women only who can barely walk?
