Love that it's a resistance band, but...it should have a preview so I can prepare the bands needed before I start. Although it can be paused so I can prepare, I feel like I lose my enthusiasm. Then again, I haven't nor had enough time to break it in being that I only used it twice. I'll update when I get some experience, but so far, it's great app for resistance if not the first I have come across. Good job in your effort because I WAS SURPRISED how many exercises you came up with bands,:)

I purchased premium on my tablet. I tied to purchase it again on my phone but it said I already own it... then why do I still have adds. If it recognised by my google account then I should be able to install on any Android device but I can't even purchase it again on my phone to get rid of the annoying adds because it recognises that I have already paid for it but refuses to remove adds. Please fix this glitch and I will change it to 5 star. I would like what I payed for thank you.

Its an app with a good number of resistance bands exercises all in one place with routines that help if you're not sure where to start. I would rate it higher but the example exercises don't give much information on how the exercise should be performed. My biggest issue with the app is that you cannot change the routines from timer based to set and reps. Without being able to change it to sets and reps the app isn't helpful for keeping track of my physical development.

There is not enough time to switch positions. I understand there is a pause button, but I do not want to be trying to be in position with the bands and then try to unpause. Also, there is zero instruction on how to hold the bands. You are stuck trying to decipher the way the image is holding the bands to work out. It's definitely not an app for a beginner at bands.
