love the content in offer, the new shows that have come out are great and actually makes subscribing worth it outside of just getting the exclusive yearly models. now if it just didn't sign me out every couple weeks and require me to sign in with user name and password when I've opted to be able to sign in with biometrics I'd give it five stars, that and being able to have the content play with the screen off would be nice too

impossible to use. downloaded a load of episodes for offline viewing and none of them works. streaming is ok

This app rarely has content available for me. I always have to login. I get asked if I want to use biometric login then it never gives the option to set it up. I try the web version, same problems. This is something I have subscribed to, I am paying for this and I expect it to be available and functional when I want to use it. I've never experienced anything quite this poor from a subscription service. The content itself is great though, when I can actually watch it...which is rarely.
