Please update your MyRide-Link or MyRide or Y-connect to the latest version at the same time to make sure that all functions work properly during your ride.
After plugging in USB cable, you can choose any of MyRide-Link, MyRide, Y-connect, Motorize as the APP for USB connection.

Get spoken turn-by-turn directions through your connected helmet or headset.
Meanwhile, navigation features are projected to motorcycle meter panel when smartphone is connected to motorcycle via USB cable / Wi-Fi.

Avoid traffic delays and find timesaving detours to help keep you on your way with live traffic updates.

PhotoReal Junction View
It displays the appropriate lane to drive in during an active route.
Junction view realistically depicts junctions and interchanges along your route, including road signs and the surrounding landscape;
A brightly colored arrow indicates the lane needed for your next turn or exit.

Rider Alerts
Get alerts for hazards along your route, such as upcoming sharp curves.
You’ll also be notified about speed limit, speed camera, or school nearby along the route.

Fuel Tracking
Estimate the distance you can travel before running out of fuel and suggest fuel stops based on fuel range when connected to motorcycle.

Live Weather
Show real-time weather, humidity, daily forecast.

Lots of checks to do but works. Room for improvement. Must use a good data compatible phone lead for connecting to my Yamaha Tracer 9GT+. WiFi connection won't give you weather or traffic updates. On the lead connection, I've not had a problem. For me, just practise all the setting and it does everything I want on a sat nav for motorbike you just have to find them in the settings. Could do with a makeover.

Garmin have been helping me with the issues in the app and have changed some things on the servers. So now it's possible to download the missing voice files and I can finally start to use it. So three stars for that more stars later if the app works really good, let's see..

Have it on Galaxy s22 connected to new Yamaha Tracer 9gt+ via myride link. Works mostly ok using WiFi hotspot on bike but continually disconnects when using USB link. Tried different usb cables but same result. Having to use WiFi hotspot means no Internet data available. Similar problems have been reported on TMAX with no solution

Unusable = Don't bother Attempting to use on Tracer GT+. Setup not too bad but getting it to connect to both BT and WiFi is fiddly. When it is up and running it loses connection / GPS signal too frequently. Add that to the outdated display and horrible search function it's honestly not worth the hassle. Don't bother installing it, look for other options. Give it a go if you want but you'll have definitely wasted part of your life and brought yourself frustration in tandem.
