Sentinels of Earth-Prime v4.1.3
Handelabra GamesAbout this app
Developer Description
Control a team of heroes battling evil villains across dynamic environments!
The rules of the game are straightforward: Play a Card, Use a Power, and Draw a Card. What makes SoEP unique is that each card has special abilities that can create powerful combos or even change the rules of the game!
Sentinels of Earth-Prime is a standalone game, but it also fully cross-compatible with Sentinels of the Multiverse. If both games are installed on the same device, you can play with all owned content from within either game.
This digital version includes all content from the SoEP core game:
• 10 Heroes: Bowman, Captain Thunder, Daedalus, Dr. Metropolis, Johnny Rocket, Lady Liberty, Pseudo, The Raven, Siren, and Star Knight
• 4 Villains: Argo the Ultimate Android, Hades, Grue Meta-Mind, and Omega
• 4 Environments: Freedom City, Farside City, Tartarus, and The Terminus
• 10 Hero variant cards with alternate powers and backstory, all unlockable via secret storyline-based challenges!
Expansion packs are available via In App Purchase:
• Magical Mysteries Mini-Pack contains Eldritch, Lantern Jack, Malador, and Sub-Terra.
Features:
• Cross-compatibility with Sentinels of the Multiverse content.
• Original music by composer Jean-Marc Giffin, including the official Earth-Prime Theme Song, ambient tracks for each environment, and ending themes for each villain.
• Beautifully rendered environment backdrops put you right in the action.
• Brand new artwork for every Hero and Villain in the game, created by an all-star team of artists.
• Over 9,000 different potential battles to choose from.
• Play a solo game with 3 to 5 heroes or pass & play with your friends.
• Cross-platform online multiplayer with friends and others from around the world.
• 27 achievements to unlock.
To enable cross-game play, launch one of the games and tap Get Expansion Packs. Select the other game and tap Manage, then use the button there to launch the other game. The required files will be downloaded from Google Play. To play cross-game in the other game, repeat the process in reverse.

Great addition! Not sure why this wasn't just an expansion to SotM, but there may be some reason the devs wanted a new app. New hero/villain decks are unique and fun to play. Art work for heroes seems to be done in time-period-appropriate style: so heroes based on golden age tropes (Lady Liberty and Siren) have 40/50's style artwork. I think this is the confusion for other reviewers who discuss artwork. I'm sure this will provide the opportunity for interesting variants when released.
Phone version works seamlessly; tablet version gets hung up when trying to link with Multiverse. I have SoTM with both season packs and just bought Earth-Prime. When I DL'd to my Galaxy S20 5G, downloading Earth-Prime and the extra files happened smoothly. But my Galaxy A8 tablet will get season 1 synced and then hang up on Multiverse and season 2. Deleting and reinstalling the apps don't help. Any suggestions?
Just as fun as regular Sentinels, but not graphics wise. The villains and environments all seem to have okay art for the video game depiction, but half of the heroes do NOT look good at all. Especially when you have the character card next to the displayed picture, it's a huge difference. I'll still enjoy having these new decks to play with, but the ball was dropped on the video game's art. Art is tough to make, I know that, but Sentinels art looks so much better in comparison.
