Main Function.
1. Wheel Scroll UI.
2. Lap time or record mode.
3. Count continuously on background.
4. Save records on SD card.
Instruction.
1. Click Start button for start count.
2. Click Stop button for pause.
3. Click Resume button for re-count.
4. Click Reset button for All Clear.
5. Click Lap or Record button for writing Lap or Record time on List.
6. Click Back button for count on Background.
