Pretty well designed app. Not being able to copy data from the app to the phone to discuss with other providers is a pain. Timeouts are short. You can't read a pdf without getting timed out.

Good, but not great. When I'm looking for an available time for an appointment, occasionally it will show that there isn't anything at all, but when I go on my computer there's tons of openings. Additionally, I wish the ability to clear notifications was an option. I don't really care about viewing every single estimate, but the notifications linger forever.

Used to work great. Since the update a few weeks ago (to the light theme) the app repeatedly fails to launch or hangs after log in. Did an uninstall/reinstall & still hangs. So it's back to the browser interface again :-/ Hope you all are able to fix this. Update 2+ years later: Still pretty frustrating.

Very buggy. The app can't seem to make up it's mind whether it wants your fingerprint or your username and password to log in. Navigation isn't intuitive. For instance, if you want to send a message to a specific provider, you don't go to the message tab. You go to the health record menu, then select care team and recent providers to find the one you want to send a message to. I would think that list would pop up when you select the recipient in messages.
