It's totally broken. Every time I try, it says there's a problem on their end and they're fixing it. I have no idea what's wrong or when it'll be fixed. It's been like this for almost a week now.

The Hindu app is non-functional since the last more than three months. I am not able to open it. Even after writing to them several times, and many assurances, the problem still persists. 🥲

I m just not able to read the news in the app as the advertisements and pop-ups of subscription keeps coming up. This is despite the fact that I have subscribed to The Hindu. The Subscription tab in the Account section too validates this. It clearly mentions that I m subscribed till January 2027. What's the point of subscribing to The Hindu if I m not able to read the news? It's disappointing! Hope you ll look into this matter and rectify the app.

I have a paid subscription for all access pass, but I am unable to access the premium articles on the mobile app despite my subscription being active till 11 January 2027. When I called the customer care number, the attendant of my call said that their IT team is working on it to resolve the same but the person failed to mention a date when the problem would be fixed. I have been trying since then(last 3 days) but it seems the IT team has not fixed the glitch till now.
