I purchased NCM PRO, accidentally uninstalled the app and when I went back to it, couldn't figure out how to sign in, emailed the dev, and very shortly after received a very nice email from Chad who perfectly worded how to get around the issue I was experiencing, honestly didn't expect such a quick reply, it's a great app with exceptional customer service. 10*s out of 5. It's perfect for anyone who has increased their rating and don't know how to deal with certain threats. I love the mv option.

Good app and very strong engine once you use the dev build but it leaves me baffled as to why the free website version is almost just as strong even with less thinking time. And when I use the website dev build it's stronger than the app—Weird. They can do a couple things to improve my experience: 1) allow customizability of the board& peices. 2) Skrink the size of the board by default or have an option for it —this is so we can use the app in split screen mode. 3)have more engine options.

There should be an option of auto calculate. Clicking calculate each time after making a move is annoying. There must be an predictive move option , one can only drag and drop pieces which is not comfortable on phone small board. no notations are there. no value is shown. Lot of work to be done

The most wasting money for an app! The algorithm is perfect only if you are a beginner and play with a beginner! The programmer must be restated! I installed today, tested with several amateur good players, lost the majority! 🤮
