CDisplayEx is a light, efficient CBR Reader, and it is also the most popular comic book reader. It is able to read all comic book formats (.cbr file, .cbz, .pdf, etc..) and Manga. Everything is designed to give you the best reading experience, it load comic books immediately, reading is fluid and comfortable.

Please note that access to Google Drive requires the application to pass a CASA Level 3 Assessment. The cost of this certification no longer allows access to Google Drive. The link will remain available until June 15 for those who are not already blocked. After this date, access to Google Drive will be removed from the application.

You can simply browse through your folders to find and read your comics, but if you need, the management of your library is integrated! simply indicate where your comics are, and the reader will group the comics by series or offer you the next album to read in your collection. An integrated search will allow you to find a volume instantly.

The reader also allows you to connect to network shares, preload files on your phone or tablet, and perform searches.

Really nice comic reader. moved to this from now defunct comicrack, and I'm really happy. Would like an reader option, to be able to switch off animations when moving page. plus also a way to switch off ,oving page when you swipe up/down. But these are small niggles to an excellent app. but as I'm asking. how about a way to organise comics as well? 😀

Blue Book

The pricing is device dependent: I have a 2nd Tablet and a phone with all 3x devices using the same Google account. It was only able to detect my phone as an additional device but not the 2nd tablet. So it's forcing me to pay again to install this app on my 2nd Tablet. So I'm unhappy despite a compentent app.

Forces me to go online to authenticate licence each time I restart my tablet. Want to read comics during a power outage? Tough luck. Edit: Suggested fix below only works for a day or so. The app then resumes demanding online access every time I boot up.
