Ok app all around. Does need some work as the playback often fails, also limited library. On multiple occasions I have started a series on the app, and finish on another. All that said I absolutely love the fact that you get 3 unlocks a month.

slowed my phone significantly, confirmed by uninstalling it. customer service was fast when I had an unrelated issue, which is why it's 3 stars instead of lower. not sure why it slowed my phone but I had zero issues before installing and after uninstalling.

I used like it just to find books that were harder to find - mostly through Scribd - but now they've split into two apps and changed the subscription and you have to pay more to access newer books on Everand. Such a let down. Especially with how much it crashes. I can't justify the cost anymore - especially when you have to pay more to access anything it seems now. I'll be canceling.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I used to Love this. unlimited books. I'm a cleaner and listen to books all day 5 days a week. this was perfect. than the subscription changed. I was so upset. I have cancelled and will be looking for something different or just moving to YouTube. it used to be great. Avoid this app. It used to be great. There are better options.
