I just got finished using this application to trigger the SX2000 on my phone about 50 feet away. I was impressed! Worked flawlessly for 3 days straight!. The battery life is outstanding! I was able to use it continuously for 6 hours without even thinking about recharging it. What is most impressive with this tool is that I was able to remotely change the gain for different speakers and microphones! It was great. Sony, you did an awesome job with this one. I just wish everything you made was this easy to use. My only add to future devices would be the ability to listen back thru blue-tooth. That would be awesome!

The app works fine connecting and remotely operating the recorders, change the recording settings, live monitoring the levels and a good choices for tagging. But there is absolutely no options for NAMING the tracks or even SEE the recording list. Please add the RENAMING feature for it is an absolute need in organizing the recorded tracks. And also an option to make TAGs with custom texts. I believe that's not too hard to be done in the next update!

Somehow, it is unable to use on my Samsung Note20 Ultra.

FORCE CLOSE ON GALAXY NOTE 9! Needs ability to retrieve and store etc. files from the recorder. Whilst it is great to control it via Bluetooth it is really pretty useless without being able to actually get the recordings to your phone for playback and editing. You have you have to either connect the recorder to your phone or a laptop to then retrieve the recordings. Life is never easy!
