Sony has one of the best phones out there. Please add a way to fix malware issues without PC. Software fix requires a PC and if the PC gets infected why would I bother. Side sense keeps stopping and it notifies me via popup upon boot up and there is no way to fix it. I need a way to ultra wipe factory hard reset without root or Odin or PC in general if you know I what I mean. Thanks for everything. Please keep doing an amazing job.

Hi Sony, I am using Xperia 10 IV. I find out when restart device when charging battery charger didn't stop at 90% and it continues to reach 100% . I am already set 90% battery maximum charge.

Suddenly being FORCED to host an app I don't need or want, that insists on its ability to send me notifications, is not "supportive". Offering support to your user base is sensible, but there's zero need for this to be mandatory (unless of course there's a data benefit to Sony, but they don't SAY that's the purpose...). I've awarded it at least two stars more than I would want to.
