SECURITY

• Data transfer between your phone/tablet and BW-Bank is encrypted and secure.

• Your individual app password, the optional biometric security check, and the auto-lock function protect against unauthorized access.

ACTIVATION

For pushTAN, you only need two things: your BW online banking account and the BW pushTAN app on your phone or tablet.

• Register your online accounts with BW-Bank for the pushTAN procedure.

• You will receive all further information and your registration letter by mail.

• Install the BW pushTAN app on your phone or tablet.

• Activate BW pushTAN using the information from the registration letter.

• Afterward, you can generate QR codes in the app to activate additional devices.

NOTES

• BW pushTAN will not work on rooted devices. Because we cannot guarantee the high security standards for mobile banking on manipulated devices.

• You can download BW pushTAN free of charge, but its use may incur costs. Your BW Bank knows whether and how much these costs will be passed on to you.

• Permissions are required for the app to function properly.
