– We recommend that you always keep your BW Bank app and the operating system of your smartphone or tablet up to date to ensure smooth use and the highest possible security.
– Data transfer between your smartphone or tablet and the bank, as well as the storage of data on your device, is encrypted and secure.
– In addition, your access password, biometrics, and an automatic timeout protect your financial data from third-party access.
– The integrated password traffic light shows how secure the chosen password is when setting up or changing the app password.

★ Note
Thanks to multi-banking capabilities, you have accounts from multiple financial institutions in one app. You have access to your BW Bank accounts as well as most accounts from other German banks and savings banks. If you initially set up a BW Bank account in the app, you can manage as many accounts from other financial institutions as you like in the BW Bank app. Each account must be activated for online banking (HBCI or FinTS with PIN/TAN). The following are not supported, among others: Commerzbank, TARGOBANK, BMW Bank, Volkswagen Bank, Santander Bank, and Bank of Scotland.
