S-Finanzcockpit vVARY

Keep an eye on company finances and approve mobile payments - regardless of location, time, employees and stationary installed software. This is the S-finance cockpit.

The app provides you with information about your company's financial situation. It summarizes all the processes relating to your business accounts and displays what is relevant to you on your phone or tablet.

In addition, the S-Finanzcockpit lets you approve or reject payments on the go and keeps you up to date on outstanding payment orders.

Are you responsible for finances in a company, company, club, organization or as a self-employed person in your own business? Do you use banking software such as SFirm or StarMoney Business, do you have access to your savings bank's corporate customer portal or do you use other EBICS access? Then the S-Finanzcockpit is the right app for you!

FUNCTIONS
• Presentation of your business finances
• Illustration as an overview and in detail of accounts, balances, income, expenses, sales
• Display of payment orders that are available for approval (source: EBICS-VEU and Sparkasse corporate customer portal)
• Release or rejection of open payment orders
• Information via push notification

DATA SOURCES
• The financial data is delivered to the app by your electronic banking software StarMoney Business or SFirm. To do this, pair the app quickly and securely with your software installation using a QR code
• You can integrate your access to your savings bank's corporate customer portal directly into the app
• EBICS access from your savings bank or bank can also be set up
• Technical integration or re-authorization by your financial institution is not necessary

SECURITY
• The transfer between app and software runs via a secured and encrypted server from Star Finanz GmbH, which is hosted in a Sparkasse data center in Germany
• All data is stored encrypted
• Doubly secure: All transmission of user data is transport and content encrypted
• The S-Finanzcockpit is protected by an individual code. You can also use facial recognition or fingerprint
• Data sovereignty remains exclusively in your hands at all times

NOTES
• To use the S-Finanzcockpit on your phone or tablet, you need the electronic banking software StarMoney Business 9 with PlusPackage or SFirm (from version 4 with the “Finanzcockpit” module extension).
• The prerequisite for providing financial data in the app is that your phone or tablet is paired with your StarMoney Business or SFirm. Practical: the existing user and rights structure is automatically adopted
• The prerequisite for providing orders is access to your savings bank's corporate customer portal or other EBICS access

IN-APP PURCHASE
• Full use of the S-Finanzcockpit requires a license. Have your savings bank activate you for this or take out an annual subscription via in-app purchase
• The annual fee is €69.99 including VAT. It is automatically renewed
