Using this app will enable you to capture images remotely and view spherical images.

- Remote shooting
In still image mode, you can shoot while checking images in live view.
You can also switch between still image mode and video mode by the app.

- Viewing
Captured images and videos can be viewed using this app.
Spin around, enlarge, or shrink... Experience the fun of seeing the entire space around you in a spherical image.

This app is great, it has worked solidly for the past several years with the Sc and the Theta X with only the odd disconnect. The UI is clear and useful with everything needed to control the camera. Why Ricoh wants to close it down and switch everyone to a broken app is beyond me and makes no logical sense. Keep this all alive as there are so many people that still use it on a daily basis.

Not as intuitive as I would have liked. Hard to set up. When it works and you properly maintain a camera connection it operates well. But sharing, uploading and managing captured images is cumbersome and slow.

After the latest Android Security Update (5th April 2023) and last Ricoh Theta app update (13th April 2023) App is crashing everytime when we try to connect it to camera. I humbly request technical team to address the issue at the earliest.

It's broken again for the fifth time as of 9/2023. This app constantly goes through a cycle of working fine then breaking and leaving your hardware unusable for X number of months. It's been on again off again for literally YEARS. "Never buy Ricoh" is the takeaway here, I guess. Great hardware, incompetent software.
