Timeshifter Jet Lag users say on Google Play
I have used the Timeshifter app for several years. I regularly take international trips with 5-12 hour time changes. If I follow the Timeshifter, I can always hit the ground running! If I don't use the app, I regret it. I have to admit that sometimes I don't understand the logic of the plan. But after using it regularly, I will never travel without this app!
I tried this on a Danube river cruise. I was able to follow most instructions prior to the trip start. I experienced almost no jet lag on arriving! Unfortunately, I was unable /unwilling to follow all instructions on return. When the app said to be asleep I was supposed to be at breakfast and then on bus to our hotel. On the plane, I was supposed to sleep when I got on, however, then I would have missed the supper, and I wasn't willing on a 9 hr flight! Harder to follow on a guided tour schedule
needs other variables factoring in, I have a 90 minute drive to the airport at 8am when I should be avoiding light etc, after trying this I feel like some of this was psychological and that it really didn't have an effect on my long haul travel this time
Didn't work for me. Wouldn't pay for this. Their website is convincing and the science looks good. But the app kinda seems half baked. Aside from multiple bugs (help chat broken, flight search failure, blank white screen), the jet lag plan is too infeasible, with no explanations of why. Plus it ends when you arrive to destination, saying congrats you're done. What? That's exactly when jet lag is a problem. So I guess the plan pre-trip + during-trip simply didn't work.
