issue on dpf regen keeps saying communication error gotnhalf way thoguh said error on cool down period 10 min into then says n keeps saying lost communituon and is brand new and still connected?

Not impressed with the app or the OBD2 scanner at all. There's never a complete data set for any vehicle and the fact that we can only have 3 vehicles listed on our scanner at one time is annoying. And I refuse to pay for a subscription for such a device that can't ever produce a fully complete scan it was a waste of money honestly. And the app is junk, not user friendly at all.
