The service, both data and customer reliability, has always been amazing for my and my loved ones so truth be told, I would've given 5 stars. Only reason for the reduction is the issues with the app, which switched my preferred method from app/website to straight up calling them. Hopefully the team can send an update for it as soon as they can to fix this small issue but for now, in my opinion and a couple of my recent experiences, we should contact them via phone number. 4 Stars.

we finally got all three lines to be paid on the same date. now I just have an issue where to the lines say is unavailable for unlimited internet even though we have the silver plan then my line says I'm using 7Gb of add-on whatever that is I'm not sure. I'm also not sure how I acquired it. Unfortunately I in a solid 5G area with barely any usable service. Glad I have Tmhi for WiFi.

the mobile app's simultaneously lazy and labyrinthine design makes using the points I keep getting emails and push notes about impossible to use for discounting my plan refills. why even tell me i can do that if you're just going to make me dance through flaming hoops and never actually let me have the discount? maybe i should switch to mint, or boost mobile...

Installed, went through sign up, it asked for my email address and said invalid response after I entered the address I've had 23 years! I made sure no blank space before or after and re-entered the email address multiple times and the app continues to say it's invalid. I uninstalled the app. Not wasting any more of my time uncompensated. Have tried installing, uninstalling, installing, repeatedly. Can't get past app telling me my email is invalid. This worthless app is a waste of time.
