Took a couple of minutes to set up the app and bulbs as well as linking to alexa. Manual configuration connecting to WiFi failed. Automatic tab at the top found it straight away. Make sure you're connected to 2.4ghz WiFi as with most smart gadgets. Ensure the bulbs are flashing "fast" as they will also flash slowly. Colour change and brightness work with the app as expected, however, some options are limited with voice command integration with alexa. 'Scene' change isn't recognised for example

Got them working after changing my network to 2.4ghz, not sure if this will be an issue yet for my network. Have been playing around for a few hours now and I've got them working with Google assistant which is nice, but assistant doesn't recognise some terms like "make lights warmer". It also doesn't recognise any of the scene mode names. App needs a collective function to sync lights (I've got two lamps in one room), Overall not bad, could use a firmware update to include the mentioned, 3.5*

Troublesome Had to adjust my router to 2.5 bandwidth. Managed to get the light blub up and running. Worked perfectly with alexa for a couple of months. Now the app and the bulb refuse to use my WiFi.

Trust wifi you should be ashamed of this. It is a total waste of space does not work The 10 other bulbs from other companies connected within 2 minutes But yours I put in the bin waste of my money and my time All I can say is YOUR STUFF IS JUNK YOUR APP IS JUNK Will never buy anything of yours again and I will be telling everyone I meet from this day on not to buy or use anything from you (trust ) I'M NOT HAPPY
