Everytime I've bought tickets through ViaGoGo I've had a certain level of doubt, but I've got to say they have always worked a charm for me, even used them for a last minute ticket to the recent Oasis gig in Manchester without any issues getting in. I received a phone call a few days before the gig from one of their operatives explaining the process of the ticket transfer procedure, it all went exactly as was explained. Just speaking from experience, used them many a time and never had an issue!

The terms for selling tickets became ridiculous.I tried to sell one for 120 euro and they were charging me a fee and also adding almost an extra 20 euros to the listing price to the customers. My listing was set inactive because my price was not competitive and I gave up on the sell. Guess what? Thelisting was activated later and they sold the tickets in the second day of the event when I already decided to go myself. They charged me for the transaction so viagogo costed me 120euros.

I'm deeply disappointed with them, I bought some tickets for a concert many months before and when the date finally came I wasn't able to download them, and couldn't attend the concert, Viagogo never responded and I ordered a refund which they declined. At first I thought they were great but after this I totally changed my mind, I recommend to not buy any tickets with them.
