app doesnt work well with cathays booking system. name was wrongly printed during booking, and when changing to the correct first and last name sequence during check in the system doesnt update, couldnt check in couldn't print luggage tag customer service says nothing can be done.

Terrible check in experience. When checking in, the information entered is not always saved after pressing the save button. Birth dates are replaced by "*" automatically and the app itself thinks the "*" are invalid characters. "Destination address" is either a mistranslation of "Home address" or is formatted to only take addresses from one single country. Visa information cannot be entered in some instances. Copying info when checking in multiple people copies fields like name that shouldn't be

Unable to set location so cannot access any features of the app. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy s24+ Location is turned on on the device and also in the app permissions. I have un-installed and reinstalled 3 times, have cleared the cache, restarted device nothing makes it work. I have recently booked a flight with you so need to access the app.
