Very satisfied with this app! Your doctors online has the best psychologists, I speak to Ms. Ghazaal Pirzaada, and my experience had been very positive. I also had contacted them for medical illness consulting, the doctor was very professional and fully understood my problems and the history of problem where it started was also taken into notice. 5/5!☺️ I'd want appreciate the development and support team behind it too since the app is fully functional. It's impressive.🔥

I love this App for it's convenience of being able to speak to a Doctor anytime of day or night. It's just too expensive for me to pay almost $300 for a whole years subscription. If I could pay just pay for one month at a time it would be better.

I like the service, and my doctor is good. The only issue I have is I accidentally subscribed for a year and wasn't able to get a refund. I seen the $1 per day and I meant to pay for the lesser of the 2 subscription options to try it out at first which turned out to be the $35 a month quarterly plan. If they would have refunded me for the other 3 quarters and kept the $105 for the first quarter I think would have been fair. So the service is good but their refund policy is non existent.

This used to be free back in the day. It isn't anymore I think Canada cut the virtual care funding otherwise this would be covered by ohip. Rating it a 2 considering.. It still works. Just read their policies before you sign up!

It said I had to pick an option, so I picked the one that clearly stated $20 per month. I used it once, service was quick and easy... HOWEVER. I was NOT charged $20, instead I was charged a whole $240 for one year. I have called only for them to tell me to email them, I emailed them and do not get a response. Funny thing though, I emailed them when I first got the app asking if you could add a spouse to the plan, they responded immediately saying no, any other adults would need their own account
