somnio is the first approved "app on prescription" for patients with sleep disorders (insomnia). The app has been tested by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices and approved as a Digital Health Application (DiGA).
How do I get access to somnio?
somnio can be prescribed by all physicians and psychotherapists with a health insurance prescription or, if insomnia has already been diagnosed, can be requested directly from the health insurance company. To activate the account, a license code is required, which you will receive from your health insurance company after submitting your health insurance prescription or if you have already been diagnosed.
