If you are using a Wi-Fi network, please make sure your mobile device and PC are on the same network. If you are outside your local Wi-Fi network, use mobile data for file transfer. The speed of file transfer between your mobile device and PC is dependent on your internet speed.

I was sceptical when I saw the 3.7 star review, but I think It was for the older versions. When it works, it's fantastic. when it doesn't work, there seems to be no way to figure out why. It's like the weather. Sometimes, I try and it just works. Other times it just doesn't. Seems to have nothing to do with how my cables are connected to the router or any settings on my phone. So weird. Anyway, I still strongly recommend installing it, because when it does work it is beautiful, like a proper old-school FTP program. And I haven't found anything similar.

I am no tech dummy, I've done FTP a lot. On the same network, could not connect... I'm moving on to another product. The company's website looks interesting enough, with nice tools and all. But, do they work?
