My Health Space is a digital public service. It allows you to store your health documents and data online, such as:

* Your medical history (short-term or long-term conditions like diabetes or asthma),
* Your prescriptions and treatments,
* Your allergies,
* Your vaccinations,
* Your measurements (weight, blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar, etc.),
* Information about your lifestyle habits (diet, alcohol, physical activity, sleep, smoking, screen time),
* Metrics from health monitoring apps (diabetes measurements),
* Your pregnancies and all related medical examinations and documents, organized and presented according to the pregnancy timeline.

With messaging, document management, and your medical summary, securely share this information with your healthcare professionals so they can make well-informed clinical decisions. You choose who has access to your data.

My Health Space is a prevention and public health tool that allows you to:

* Carry out personalized prevention actions based on the information you provide,
* Highlight prevention articles (mental health, nutrition, physical activity, child and adolescent health, domestic accidents, addictions, examinations and medications, seasonal risks, sexual and reproductive health) based on reference texts,
* Be informed about recommended medical examinations at all stages of life (dental examinations, screenings, health checkups, vaccinations),
* Share your prescriptions with pharmacists to facilitate the dispensing of treatments,
* Identify approved health-related websites and tools in the service catalog to provide you with access to verified information.

My Health Space also allows you to manage your advance directives, designate your emergency contacts and your trusted person, and learn about the regulations concerning organ donation.

With the health calendar, record your medical appointments, treatment milestones, and receive reminders.

Your health history will provide you with your significant health events, consultations, and medication prescriptions. This data is visible to healthcare professionals authorized to access your records to help them make better diagnoses.

You can activate My Health Space for your children to better manage their daily health. Their profiles are linked to yours.

My Health Space data is hosted in France, in a secure environment protected by the French National Health Insurance (Assurance Maladie). My Health Space is an official application of the Ministry of Health and the National Health Insurance Fund.
