Log in to your account with your social security number, your password and the unique code received by email or via biometric authentication (available on smartphone) and access all the following services:

Consult your healthcare reimbursements:
- View all your reimbursements in detail

Consult all your documents:
- Download your certificate of rights or daily allowances
- Download your monthly repayment statements, available for the last 27 months

Carry out certain steps without traveling:
- Simulate and estimate your daily allowances, and take any necessary steps
- Order your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and view it on your smartphone
- Report the loss or theft of your Vitale card
- Order a Vitale card
- Declare your newborn to your fund
- Register your child on both parents' cards
- Change your username
- Report an accident caused by a third party
- Access the simulation of your rights to social assistance
- Consult the processing times of your checkout
- Choose your complementary organization in case of overlapping contracts
- Declare a medical procedure or treatment not carried out

Manage your personal information:
- Find all your personal information
- Change your postal address, email address and phone numbers

Make an appointment with your fund:
- Choose a telephone appointment slot
- Change your appointments
- Delete your appointments
- View your upcoming appointments
