A lot of complaints here but this app was slick as can be for me. Immediately had my tickets, downloaded the audio with no problem and let me send a ticket to my wife with a simple click. It seems like being on a good network is crucial so that could explain some people's issues. Excellent app IMHO.

App works in the church for giving info. Seems to be better to buy tickets on website and then download app before going to church. The virtual reality part seem to only actually give you a VR experience for one of the spots. The other two or three are only videos and you can see some of the same stuff playing on monitors in the building.

Mostly good and informative when it works. But for me, the app was extremely glitchy. If you go to the next part before the audio is finished, you cannot listen to whole sections without going back.

Fantastic place to visit! It is really out of this world! The app? Not so great. Two stars only for the association with the architectural marvel. We purchased tickets online, before downloading the app. It was frustrating not being able to see our tickets inside the app and download the audio guide. Was it caused by different time zone? Or the app shows the tickets at the last moment? Our visit ended well. The tickets finally showed and the audio-guide worked. But only on the day of our visit.

This is not only the worst app that I've used, as it doesn't work l, but it is rediculous that you need to download an app and buy tickets online via the app to enter a famous landmark. I contacted the support through the app and got a relatively quick response. Basically they said that my email might not pass their security screening, or my credit card might not be accepted or my device might be at fault. Or maybe your app is just useless. Anyway, I'll save my money and go elsewhere.
