Everything is well layed out. Would be better if you could locally store your settings. That way you wouldn't need Internet connection. Would like to see a widget to set on the home screen. Earbuds are fantastic sounding.

Great app, awesome earphones. Sound is excellent. I only have two complains 1) social mode is ok but not perfect. I cannot hear what another person's saying unless I completely stop the music, and there is some noise. With my 3 year old Samsung buds pro it was better 2) The app does not show the battery % of the charging case. You can only see that in approximation from the LED colour. For these 2 reasons I subtracted 1 *. If they are fixed with updates I will change my rating to 5 star.

Not user friendly experience. When you need to turn off noise cancellation you have to go to settings for some reason. Can't change any settings or even get into application while only one headphone in ear. Impossible to turn off voice prompt. Lowest volume setting is too loud, have to use EQ to make it lower! Can't see case charging level in application. Obligatory to make an account to use application 👎

edit: does not connect to earplugs. Just keeps on saying "connection status unknown". The app did actually work for a few months but whatever update seems to have broken it again. previous... Every time I start the app I have to enter my age and tick consent boxes. Terrible UX! After that the app works OK but the personalized sound doesn't sound as incredible as it perhaps should

It was called Denon Headphones, but it support only PerL and PerLPro, not even C830NCW or C630W althrough they are still in the market. As a customer, I can't tell the difference, when I saw there is a Denon TWS and there is a Denon app, natually I think they can work together, but no. So don't buy Denon unless you are clearly understand what is supported and what is not.
