I'm very happy with this app. I needed just a good, non-cloud, quick and dirty notepad with no adds and this paid version fits the bill perfectly. It takes a few minutes to catch on to how it works, but it's not hard and again, works great. For those times you need to jot something down that does not require a full blown office kind of document, this low-overhead wonder should make you happy. Update, 8/30/2023: New version out. Still very pleased with this application. No trouble with it at al

Good especially with the widget. Only complaint was a slight but noticeable lag while typing. Trying to use this as my default text editor but everytime i set this app as default to load text files its a two step loading process saying want to import text file vs just opening up the text file one step. Also no way to sort lists with list boxes so say list of items and want to sort lists alphabetical or say numerically with or without list boxes. Sorting lists should've not been left out dev.

I really found the Notepad Pro to be a lifesaver when I first started using it. However, over the past 8 months or so, when I'm typing/entering notes, the app glitches, jumps, hops over letters, or becomes so slow, that I have stopped using it to take notes, and instead am using an email format that I send to myself. I see an update was a while back. Either my notepad is too full, or the app needs an update. Thanks for creating this (usually) great app!

Going in the wrong direction. Main issue now is the app ignores rotation lock.

The more I use this, the clumsier it becomes to use. It has no proper sort feature (only manual sort) which is fine for a dozen or so notes. But when you get to hundreds of notes it becomes ridiculously hard to find the note you want. The search option does not work well, and is useless. Why? Because all search does is highlite notes in the list. You still have to scroll thru the list to find the note. The UI is terrible at best. Mailing doesn't add note contents. Buggy and weird.
