Honestly, it's a pretty solid app. Came from Mint and found this. By far the best free app I've found so far. Sometimes I have sync issues (with institutions connecting and updating, no notification if it isnt working) or login issues. For instance, I have biometrics set but I still have to hit I'm already a user to get prompted. The support is great and always trying to make it better so I'm just happy to have found something that is a great way to manage my net worth without having pay.

They've made a lot of changes and actually useful updates - I really appreciate having both an app and a desktop! There's still a lot to be desired. The recent Plaid update is a mess. You're prompted to "upgrade" your connection, but it just duplicates everything, so my budget is a mess. They fixed some bugs with the tag feature so now they stay, but there's still no way to clean up your list of tags so if you want to change tags...too bad.

I've finally uninstalled Pierre after the app once again stopped prompting for a fingerprint to access the app. This has been an issue that has come up multiple times over the 8 months I've had the app, and has been periodically resolved, but feels like a sign of how important they view security. I also now have a full half of my 12 accounts unable to sync, stating that Pierre is upgrading the connection, but these have all been like this for months. Anyway, cool idea, nice UI, poor execution.

This app has a great front end and user interface. That's where the great stops. Everything on the backend is a mess. Accounts update irregularly at best. Some never update. No notifications that accounts are broken and not updating. Bottom line is the bottom line is always wrong and you still have to manually fix it. I might have had one update that was accurate in the time I used the app.
