Investing little over a thousand dollars in this leak detectors, already save me thousands and lots of headache going thru insurance! Three times in less than 2 months! How I didn't know about this years ago! At first glance seems a false alarm, then I investigate and sure thing I find a very slow and steady leak under the sink catch it before destroying the basement ceiling! Thanks bunch! App seems very easy to use, it is more complicated to open Skip the Dishes then this one!
App is simple and easy to use, but there are a few improvements it could use. First would be adding a way to schedule within the app and not on the thermostat. other thermostats allow a web page to log in, but I would settle for the app. Second would be issue where the sensor temperature does not match the dashboard at times so need to fix that. The app knows both. Why is it not matching? A third way would be to add some historical graphs for the past week how temp went up and down.
Newest update still doesn't address the outside temperature sensor not being displayed on the app. Version 2.21.8 was the last version where the outside temperature sensor is showing.
it seems like a decent enough, user friendly app. MY ISSUE: Doesn't work (can't 'add device') with my existing Honeywell Home stats, even though they're the same co. Had I known this upfront, I would not have purchased their new tstat. now I get to use 2 different apps, to control 2 Honeywell Stats, at the same location. decent enough app and stat, but really poor product integration.
What happened to this? Got a notification that my AC was offline, tried to open app and I only got a hanging blank white page with logo in the center. Tried to force stop, clear cache, clear data, finally uninstall and reinstall, still the same thing each time so I no longer have a functioning app it seems. Even when it worked it was counter intuitive and difficult to set an on-off AC schedule. I'll make sure to buy appliances that don't use this failure of an app in the future.
