Health connect sync requires explicit permission from users for each individual data-type. These permissions can be revoked at any time, removing access to all data. All data is kept locally on device, and kept entirely private to a user's account.

I wanted something to track the number of times I pee, poop, my fluctuating weight at different time intervals daily, my intermittent fasting progress , my blood pressure in the morning and before bed, workout, chores and so much more and this can do it all !!!! I have tried all sorts of apps IF app but literally no apps that track down everything, and this is easy to navigate, I am trying this app and seeing how it goes, will consider purchasing the lifetime membership if I am satisfied.
This app is fantastic. The one feature it's missing is custom intervals. I take a pill every other day, and because it's not an option here I still have to use another app just to track that. That would make it 5 stars for me personally.
This App is pretty helpful! It's clean, it's organized and the features here are great. However, the one problem I'm kind of running into is that whenever I wanted to at least try the base version of this app there's not a lot you can play around with. You're only given 5 Free tasks and the moment you download the app it's immediately hit with: Hey pay for our subscription. The one thing I would change would be giving 10 free tasks because that's 2 for every work day, overall it's a good app!
2.8 weekly UI was a lot better and I really regret updating. Why every developer think that they have to change the UI AFTER a thousand of ppl already have installed and been using the app??? Doesn’t that mean that it's already good enough for those ppl?
This app has to be updated once or twice a day I swear, and every time it needs updates, the widget ends up unusable. It asks to "update the app" before I can enter any of my habit data which makes habit tracking and forming harder than it should be. I've got ADHD and this app and its widget was helping me until I got tired of having to spend 5-10 minutes every day updating it before I could spend 5 seconds to type in 2 digits of data. I'm uninstalling for this reason.
