When the app works, it's good. More often than not, it gets a bug, it stops working, it stops giving location info (& when it is giving me location info, it's not exactly accurate). Right now it is infected again & won't even stay open. This means my kids can use their phones unrestricted, my teens can disappear with people they aren't supposed to be with, & I can't even fix that in the app. What the hell am I even paying for?! Fix this app b/c I'm betting Verizon can do better.

I should have taken the reviews more seriously. This app does not work for iPhones. I'm constantly getting notifications that the VPN doesn't work or that the phone hasn't communicated with the app in quite some time. It works for the Android phones I have on my acct but not for the iPhones. I have had T-Mobile for almost 17 years and I'm appalled that I have to pay for this service! Also, I'm sick and tired of having to log into the app every single time. I'm considering switching providers.
