I am a T-Mobile customer 25 years. have things changed? Yes, they have. With this app. It has turned a personal feeling of human interaction into a digital algorithm from my past experiences with T-Mobile. Relying on AI to replace the voice on the other side of customer care. As a forward thinker myself. Cutting cost is the objective. the At what price? A recent visit to a store was useless, as the rep could not fix an ongoing problem and suggested I go to Best Buy. A hidden broken system.

Look at these useless notification channels: "Asdk", "MoEHeadsUpChannel", "General", and "tworld:airship-channel-name". These are live in their production app! How sloppy. They need to set up proper notification channels so that users can choose which specific notifications they wish to receive and not have to turn them all off. Reply to T-Mobile USA: That is not how notifications are handled on Android, it is a work-around.

They never provided the 300$ visa gift card for switching have not provided 30 days of uninterrupted service since switching and provide no support or help when I call monthly with said complaints. also this app is terribly useless. kicks me out constantly and doesn't work when the wifi just stops for no reason
