I have not had any issues with the intermountain McKay-Dee sports orthopedic clinic. they've all been awesome. every time I go they treat me just like a regular patient and I have never had any issues. they've all been very, very nice and very awesome, especially in physical therapy.

Its great to keep track of everything, message your doctor or find a doctor but the new app is extremely delayed posting your test results now. You used to get them before the dr but its been days and my dr has called but I still don't see the results. It used to take 24 hours for most things and now its taking days.

App is only good if it works, which it doesn't half of the time. Majority of my information is not listed or is incorrect. I have told my physician about this twice and nothing has changed. I have tried to input my information and it still doesn't work.

They eventually got the images fixed, but it should have worked out of the box and it took. MONTHS to fix! This "application" is a poor front end for their portal web pages. Tons of issues, but one of the most egregious is it has no search results at all for patient advocate, and their hospitals' services are garbage and patient advocate should be mandatory until they clean up.
