The Microsoft 365 Admin App enables you to be productive from anywhere. The app allows you to receive critical notifications, add users, reset passwords, manage devices, create support requests, and more-all while you’re on the go.

Who should use this app? People with an admin role to a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 enterprise or business subscription.

What can I do with this app?
• Add, edit, block, or delete users, reset passwords, assign roles, or manage aliases & devices.
• Add groups, edit groups, and add or remove users from groups.
• View all available and assigned licenses, assign licenses to users, add or remove licenses, view and download invoices.
• Check the status of existing support requests, take actions on them, or create new ones.
• Monitor the health of all services and view active incidents in Service Health.
• Stay on top of all the upcoming changes and announcements via the Message Center feed.
• Get push notifications about important information related to service health, message center, and billing.

The app supports dark theme and is available in 39 languages. And if you're someone who is responsible for managing more than one tenant, you can sign-in to multiple tenants and quickly switch between them.

What's New

As part of this release, you can view Copilot license requests anytime in navigation panel under billing. Approve or reject multiple requests at once for quicker response and streamlined license management on the go.

Good App for years but now it refuses to log me in, it keeps saying something went wrong, please try again. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now. I can't get to manage my portal from my work phone anymore. I hope Microsoft has an answer to this issue.

Surprisingly the app is working on my phone, but in the last 3 months, I couldn't log into the app and it keeps hanging on the login page. I'll just give 3 stars because I am just observing the app behavior.

ELOQUENT Luxury

The app just spin it doesn't install correctly. Have a hard time login to app after completing all steps. Does anyone else has this problem?

When I first install and launch the app, it works perfectly. But when I close the app then launch it later, it never loads, but tells me there's no connection. I've tried various wifi locations and no wifi (cellular) and get the same error message. I've tried temporarily disabling firewalls and anti virus, but still no luck.
