MySafeRide simplifies booking and managing rides for health plan members.

MySafeRide by SafeRide Health allows easy, reliable booking and management of rides to and from health care – never miss another appointment. The MySafeRide app helps individuals on certain health insurance plans (and their caregivers) access on-demand and scheduled transportation options, including rideshare, wheelchair, ambulatory, and more across any device. Please note that on-demand transportation options may not be available for members of certain health insurance plans, and we recommend checking your specific benefit information in advance of your appointment.

Set up and sign into your MySafeRide account to:
· Book individual and recurring rides
· Track your ride and receive real-time update notifications
· Manage your transportation benefit 24/7
· Cancel upcoming rides you no longer need

The MySafeRide app is designed to support individuals with a SafeRide Health-managed transportation benefit from their health insurance plan. Non-members of health insurance plans are unable to book and sign in to use the MySafeRide app. Please contact your health insurance plan to learn more about your benefits, including transportation, and if you are interested in using the MySafeRide platform.

I can only use it on my son's account, not mine because it just resets to the UHC app. Also they never showed up or called today for our appointments

this used to be a good app about 3 months ago. now it doesn't really work properly. Kept saying that I already signed out when you just signed in. Can't schedule transportation online anymore. You have to call and take forever before someone picks up.

used to work pretty good up to last week, now it won't set up flexible pick-ups. booked 3 rides last week with flexible pick-ups and all 3 have 11:59pm as the pick up time instead of flexible. the READY option no longer works via text and there's no READY button on my rides. customer service can't change the return rides so they have to cancel and rebook them. Don't know what the app developers did, but they screwed it up. also, now they have AI answering calls and he's useless, he needs 2 go
