update: Still hate this app cant see any of your previous textApp used to work great however the last several months it has crashed more then it has worked. I'm very very frustrated. Was supposed to have a video visit with someone and now can't after paying for the visit. App and website down yet again. And no way to speak to a LIVE person. Just garbage. PLEASE SECURUS FIX THESE ISSUES IMMEDIATELY! With all the price hikes you have charged the company should be able to run the programs smoothly.
