I don't know what kind of update yall did recently but now I can not use this app on my samsung tablet so therefore I can't send emails or anything to my son or my other friends are in jail. It keeps saying that the app isn't compatible anymore with my tablet so now I'm like lost. I can't use app to do anything.

SECURUS SUCKS!!!!!!! I CANT ANSWER ANY OF MY CALLS WHEN YOU HAVE TO HIT 1 IT DOES NOT FRIGGEN LET ME! THIS HAPPENS 90% OF THE TIME AND I GET MAYBE OUT OF 10 CALLS 2 3 IF IM LUCKY!
