Help for managing chronic pain

Pain Coach is an interactive app for people managing chronic pain. It includes in-depth education, customizable support, and in-the-moment practice activities based on the latest in pain management. The Try section walks you through different tools designed to address thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may affect your pain experience.

Pain Coach was made by the mobile mental health team of the National Center for PTSD, Dissemination & Training Division.
