Mitsubishi Connect is an innovative platform of services that provide vehicle owners with a safe, secure, and convenient driving experience. The My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application allows users to register and access the Mitsubishi Connect services. This includes the ability to request remote commands to your vehicle such as remote start, door lock/unlock, horn, lights, schedule dealer services, car finder, and parental controls. Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicle services include ability to view charging status, manage charging schedules and settings. The mobile app also allows users to manage their account settings and notifications, as well as to contact Customer Care for inquiries on the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.

• Select 2022 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander
• Select 2023 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

* Note: Active subscription and Mitsubishi Telematics Control Unit equipped vehicle is required to use Mitsubishi Connect features in the app. Access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations

This app does not work for me the way it is intended. When I activate the start up to the vehicle, sometimes it takes up to 3 minutes to finally start. Other automakers have a functional button on the key fob and they are able to start the vehicle more than 3 feet. The feature could be better. It would be better if the startup was on the fob and was able to reach more than a few feet. The vehicle doesn't really get hot or warm kn the inside at 10 minutes of running.

App rarely works. It always says there is no internet connection when there is full wifi or the vehicle doesn't meet conditions for auto start when doors are locked. It shows some doors open when they aren't. I've uninstalled and reinstallled the app several times since getting the vehicle. I wish I could just get a fob for auto start. I don't care about the rest of the features they force you to pay for. I likely won't renew the subscription.

horrible app, doesn't update. Costs too much to use. This is only free to download and then you need to pay subscription to use it. two types of subscription levels. the first one doesn't let you do anything nutbjist observe things from your car. the one with remote start is in the second tier and is 300$ per year are you kidding me.
