Microsoft Outlook v5.2548.3
Microsoft CorporationAbout this app
Microsoft Outlook solves the problem of managing multiple email accounts, calendars, and contacts in one place, benefiting professionals and individuals with multiple email accounts. Compared to alternatives in the Productivity category, Microsoft Outlook stands out with its seamless integration with other Microsoft services and its robust feature set. However, it falls short in terms of customization options and may overwhelm casual users with its numerous features. Overall, Microsoft Outlook is a solid choice for those deeply invested in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Pros
- With over 1 billion downloads and a 4.4-star rating, Microsoft Outlook has demonstrated its reliability and effectiveness in managing email and calendar tasks, making it a trustworthy choice for users.
- The app's ability to integrate with other Microsoft services, such as OneDrive and Office, makes it an excellent option for those already using these services, enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows.
- Microsoft Outlook's frequent updates ensure that the app stays secure and features the latest functionality, giving users peace of mind and access to the latest tools.
- The app's offline capability allows users to access and manage their emails and calendars even without an internet connection, making it a great option for users with unstable or limited internet access.
- Microsoft's reputation as a developer and its commitment to user support contribute to the app's overall quality and user trust, making it a solid choice for users seeking a reliable email client.
Cons
- The presence of ads in the free version may detract from the user experience, potentially causing distractions and slowing down the app, which could be a concern for users seeking a seamless and ad-free experience.
- The in-app purchase model, with prices ranging from $1.99 to $20.00 per item, may lead to additional costs for users seeking premium features, potentially making the app less accessible to budget-conscious users.
- Some users may be concerned about the potential collection of personal data, such as email content and contact information, by Microsoft, which could be a red flag for users prioritizing privacy and data security.
- The app's complexity and numerous features may overwhelm casual users or those seeking a simple email client, potentially leading to a steep learning curve and decreased user satisfaction.
Best for: The ideal user for Microsoft Outlook is a professional or individual with multiple email accounts, likely in the 25-50 age range, who is familiar with Microsoft services and seeks a robust and feature-rich email client to manage their personal and work-related communications, with a moderate to high level of technical skill and a need for seamless integration with other Microsoft apps and services.

Users should review Microsoft's privacy policy to understand how their data is being used and take steps to protect their email accounts, such as using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.

Microsoft Outlook users say on Google Play
has always been a reliable email source. The only real complaint that I have is too much junk in my focus file, other than that I've been pretty happy.
Very easy to use and store in folders. Only downside is not being able to print an email, only an attachment. Also I would like it if I could delete a full chat all at once instead of deleting one by one which takes forever.
stops pulling my work email after every few weeks. it shows the notification but no email in the mailbox until I clear data and log in again. please fix this issue.
Is there a way to turn off the pop up preview panel when hovering the mouse over an email?
Outlook is absolutely useless... It takes minutes to load emails if they load at all. Multiple reviews have stated the same issue, but for some reason the developers are only worried about copilot updates ??? GMAIL works way better !! A new feature is all of the fake 5 star reviews 🤣, what a pathetic attempt to boost your rating...
